Safe Shooting Instruction

Texas CHL classes will be held on most 2nd Saturdays of the month. There will be an update when it will not happen.
There will be no class in April!

I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover at the listed prices. I give a $5.00 discount for cash.

The cost of the course is $100.00 renewals are $70.00. This includes your picture, all course work, and the cost of the range. After satisfactory completion of the classroom and shooting portions; I will furnish you with a CHL 100 showing you have completed both portions satisfactorily. Class start time is 8 am. Renewal classes start at 1 pm. I will do short notice classes for 5 or more. I will do short notice for one to four persons with 25% added fee. I also do a class for a Utah permit for $65.00 by appointment.

I now teach Florida CWP. I have all the needed forms. You will need to be fingerprinted at a law enforcement agency; the ten card (fingerprint card) is in your Florida packet. The cost of the course includes all you will need except the fingerprints. Florida requires a handgun proficiency certification. This will be the same as Texas. The cost to Florida is $117.00. At this time the Florida license course is available only by appointment. The cost of the training is $75.00.

I have guns you can use. All I ask is you purchase a box of 50 rounds of ammunition for $13.00. To qualify you must use a gun of 32 caliber or greater. If you qualify with a revolver you can only carry a revolver. If you qualify with a semi automatic you may carry either.

There is a link at the CHL website that allows you to make an appointment for fingerprints. Texas no longer allows rolled prints. They all have to be electronically submitted by L1. L1 has moved to 3000 Landers St in Fort Worth. This is south of I 30 and west of Montgomery. Just north of Vickery.
